The Ruck and Maul Lodge held its first annual meeting at Twickenham on 18th June 2022

After covid cancelled our first attempt, our second attempt was a success and an enjoyable day for all.

We started the day early and were provided with a tasty breakfast at the Twickenham Masonic Centre, Cole Court. This was followed by our first meeting out of province, at the home of English rugby, Twickenham. We were pleased to welcome some members of other rugby lodges and initiate two new brothers into our lodge.

We then adjourned to the bar of Cole Court where we enjoyed a liquid festive board, followed bar some food from the various establishments on route to Twickenham stadium. Some brethren making frequent stops for refreshment.

At the stadium, we were joined by friends and family and then enjoyed the Premiership Final, which saw Leicester beat Saracens with a late drop goal.

After the match some of the brethren returned to Twickenham Masonic Centre for further refreshments. Others decided to make use of our own, Ruck and Maul bar at Twickenham Stadium.
